New app from Redrose is designed for tenants and landlords

Managing a tenancy is about to become easier thanks to the new free lettings app from Redrose.

We are pleased to announce that our online platform, My Property File, will be rolled out to all our tenants. Essentially this will add to the great service clients have come to expect and which has made us one of the leading lettings agents in the region.

It is easy to use, convenient and also provides the following:

  • Allows tenants to report and track maintenance issues
  • Offers advice guides and tips
  • 24 hour access to important documents
  • Personalised newsfeeds

We’ve already had some great feedback about the lettings app, which has been designed to support better communication between landlords and tenants.

Redrose Director Dave Dyer explains: “We’ve taken the decision to offer this to our tenants because it further increases our already excellent service.

“In today’s busy world tenants have less and less time to be phoning their agents so we feel that by using the app, not only does it make the process easier by being able to add descriptions, watch guides and send pictures, it is also a lot more convenient.”

We are currently in the process of asking all our tenants to sign up. Once this has been completed, we will be inviting landlords to take advantage of the facility too.

The handy app will additionally allow landlords to:

  • View properties and statements
  • Look at inspections and reports
  • Track and manage maintenance issues
